My artwork is centred on the theme of domestic space, the places where people live and what they surround themselves with. I use wire to create sculptures, collage and installations. Wire can function as three dimensional line drawings in space and has the ability to capture shapes and angles that enable me to create environments that are both fantastical and whimsical. I like to explore the notion of other worlds that evoke nostalgia, memory and a sense of wonder. I often use Victorian and Edwardian imagery as inspiration.
